About Vincola

Our founder has spent more than 25 years in creative production, print management and packaging. Most of that time was spent leading client services and commercial teams, working between the brands that buy this work and the businesses that produce it.

From 2014 to 2026 our founder was head of client services for EMEA at a global design and marketing production business. The role covered client relationships, commercial performance and the service model across the region. In that role they reported to the CEO and led a portfolio of around £7 million across more than 20 major clients, with around 30 direct reports in the UK and India. They also introduced Salesforce in the UK, giving leadership clear sight of account performance, revenue and margin.

Vincola was set up in 2026 to do that work directly for clients. Some need an adviser on a specific problem; others need someone to lead a team or programme for a period. In both cases you deal with us directly.

We're based in Hertfordshire and work with clients across the UK and EMEA.
